A short poem about feeling like Kerouac when he’s with Slim, or anything else you like.

-mean-

As in aggressive or understanding,
One leads to the less of the other,

And one is the lesser than the other,

I hate this new way of blabla.
Hate is a very strong word…
I hate this new way of haha.

How obnoxious to start these lines capitalised.

But back to the point,
-mean-
We all are, but what do we all?

When snapping hearts or hearting snaps.

I just wanna dance, Carmen, to your singing,
With a shotgun in my hand,
Aimed at those windows,

So the fresh air can enter.
